Tractor Innovations provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all new products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for one (1) full year from the date of original purchase.

What Is Covered

• Defects in original material, construction, or manufacturing.

• Structural failure or leaks under standard operating conditions and within rated hydraulic pressures.

• Repair or replacement (at our discretion) of defective components or products.

• ​

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, fluid degradation, or routine maintenance items.

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, or unauthorized modifications.

• Operation beyond recommended pressure limits, system capacity, or incompatible fluid use.

• External factors including accident, fire, environmental exposure, or improper storage.

• Labor costs, loss of time, loss of equipment use, or indirect/consequential damages.

How to File a Claim

1. Contact Support: Reach out with your original order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue.

2. Provide Verification: Include clear photos or video showing the affected part and the nature of the defect.

3. Return Authorization: If a return or inspection is required, our team will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Items returned without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Resolution

If a covered defect is verified upon inspection, Tractor Innovations will, at its option, either repair the product using new or refurbished parts, replace the product with an equivalent model, or issue a refund/credit for the purchase price. Repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend or restart the original 1-year warranty period.
